President Duterte Warns To Use FA-50s Against Narco-Politicians With Private Army

President Rodrigo Duterte, during an evening press conference on August 7, reiterated how the mayors not to engage in illegal drug trade.

“Giprankahan ko sila. Sabi ko sa kanila: Huwag na huwag kayong magkamali na pumasok diyan. You might not like the consequences,” the President said.

“Sabi ko: Huwag kang maghanap ng engkwentro sa akin. Totodasin ko talaga kayo,” he added.

President Duterte said that he will use the entire government to protect the Filipino people.

“Huwag ninyong kontrahin ang gobyerno. Gagamitin ko ang gobyerno because I have to protect the people who represent the government. I will not hesitate,” he noted.

“Tapos maging congressman ka, governor ka, mayor, barangay captain, ay anak ng – para kayong nakaka-insulto na walang Presidente, walang pulis, walang military. So balewala kami,” he said.

The President also warned that he will use the government’s forces against narco-politicians with private armed group.

“Sabi ko, warning ko talaga ‘yan sa inyo. Huwag kayong magsabi na may army kayo diyan. Hindi na makakatulong sa’yo ‘yan. Tingnan mo. Even if you have 100, 200 armed men, hindi makakatulong sa’yo ‘yan,” President Duterte said.

“Bakit ka maglaban sa akin? Na may dose ako na [FA-50] na jet, bombahan lang kita diyan ng lima. Gagamitin ko talaga ang pwersa ng gobyerno,” he added.
