P1 Million Worth Of Relief Goods Distributed To Affected Families Due To Typhoon Karen
DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo said that the residents should approach their local authorities for any relief goods that they need since they assure that there are enough goods distributed.
Taguiwalo also admit that they are having problem in distributing the relief supplies to far-flung areas affected by the typhoon.
Around 2,628 families were displaced in Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, Calabarzon, Central Luzon and Bicol.
Typhoon Karen left the country last Sunday but another much stronger typhoon will enter Philippine Area of Responsibility on Monday afternoon named Typhoon Haima.
