Kris Aquino Confirms Her Transfer To GMA Network

Kris Aquino finally breaks her silence and confirms that she’s moving to GMA after 20 years of working with ABS-CBN.

In her succeeding Instagram posts, she quoted: “Goodbyes are not forever, are not the end; it simply means I’ll miss you until we meet again.” 

This was also followed by, “And suddenly you know-it’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.” 

You can see that such words depict the sadness and the inner feelings of someone who didn’t intentionally decide to leave.

Kris explained that there’s no negative conflict or issue between her and the ABS-CBN executives which might have caused her decision to leave. 

She says that she was partly to be deemed responsible since she was unable to renew her contract last February because of her health concerns and the producers didn’t have an exact time frame for her to come back on air. 

She mentioned in her Instagram post that at that time there was a threat to her life which was needed to be taken seriously, so she had to leave. 

And after all that has been, Kris remains thankful to ABS-CBN, as she said lastly in her post that she takes the share of the responsibility and she has so much gratitude while saying this.

For the time being, Kris is working with Eat Bulaga producer Tony Tuviera for her new TV show with the network. 

She has yet to confirm what kind of show it will be, whether it will be another talk show with travel and cooking, but she says that it’s a TV collaboration that was planned around 30 years ago, when she was still as young as 15. 

True enough, there’s indeed no stopping the Queen of All Media from her work.
