Watch: Russell Westbrook Got His Ninth Tripple-Double Performance

Nothing can stop Russell Westbrook in making history in the NBA.

The former UCLA Bruins point guard is unstoppable after he recorded his ninth triple-double performance on this season last night after defeating the Atlanta Hawks, 123-115.

After Kevin Durant being sidelined and some minor injuries that took away Enes Kanter and Nick Collison from playing, the Oklahoma City Thunder still hanging on for a spot in the playoffs.



Russell Westbrook had 36 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists and 1 steal. Making 8 out of 24 field goals with 17 free throws.

Westbrook last triple-double performance was last March 13.

The newly acquired Dion Waiters also made his game high by scoring 26 points.

The Oklahoma City Thunder improved to 39-30, which let them build a two-game gap on ninth-seeded New Orleans Pelicans (37-32).
