P1.3 Million Worth Of Shabu Seized From Two Drug Suspects In Cebu Drug Bust
A total of P1.357-million worth of illegal drugs was
confiscated from two drug suspects in a drug bust around 10:30 p.m. Thursday
night, April 27, at Sitio Tiber, Poblacion Ward 1, Minglanilla in Cebu.
The suspects were identified as Sonny Boy Solis Alivio, 23,
and Marjun Ortega, 25, who were arrested after they handed a small plastic
containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu to a poseur buyer
in exchange of the P6,500 marked money.
Recovered from Alivio were two packs of suspected shabu,
while seized from the possession of Ortega were three packs of shabu, P1,500
cash, drug paraphernalia, and the marked money.
