DPWH Completed 15 Multi-Purpose Buildings, Covered Courts In Nine Laguna Towns
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Laguna
First District Engineering Office led by District Engineer Ness Villanueva and
Assistant District Engineer Gerry de Cello recently reported the completion of
15 multi-purpose buildings and covered courts in nine towns in the fourth
district of Laguna to DPWH Secretary Mark A. Villar.
The 15 multipurpose buildings and covered courts were built
in Santa Cruz, Magdalena, Luisiana, Pagsanjan, Lumban, Paete, Mabitac, Pila, and
Cavinti.
Villanueva and De Cello said these projects have benefitted
residents as they are used as evacuation centers.
Local Chief Executives in the area led by Mayor Dennis Panganiban
thanked Laguna Representative Benjie Agarao and the DPWH for completing the projects.
