Retired US Air Force Arrested With 1,000 Plus Party Drugs In Taguig

Retired intelligence officer of the United States Air Force was nabbed because of carrying of more 1,000 tablets of assorted party drugs in Taguig City on Monday.

Taguig police identified the suspect as Raul Antonio Cisneros, was arrested in his condominium unit around 2 in the afternoon. P40,000 cash were confiscated also during the raid. 

Raul Antonio Cisneros said that he thought that illegal drugs were legal in the Philippines.

"I thought this is (party drugs) is okay here," he said.

Cisneros arrived in Philippines last April and he did no elaborate how he was able to carry the drugs inside the country. He also admitted that he was dealing drugs with Filipino distributors.

"I'm not saying these aren't mine but I'm helping some Filipinos," he said. "It was given to people who want it."
